—SPORT SIGN-UPS:  All signups will be done online in the Final Forms website at www.zeeland-mi.finalforms.com. Parents and students need to register once a year for all your sports you will be playing or think you might want to play. Please check your mail/spam mail for confirmation once you have originally signed into Final Forms to confirm your account.  You can also link Final Forms through the cityside.zps.org website under athletics, or you may pick up a hard copy of the Final Forms instructions by the CBC room or in the office at Cityside. Like in the past we need a current 2019-2020 physical dated from the doctor after April 15 of current year to be eligible for all sports. Thank you.
