** It's time for Art Club to begin. Tis the season to be giving. Our theme this year is "Kindly Giving." Watch for our announcements. This club is free to join, but you must sign up in the Art Room and there is a maximum of 20 students for any of the Activities.

  Dec. 18 - Weds. - Make Cards & Gifts for Special People from 2:35-3:35pm.


**Girls Basketball Open Gym

Dec. - Weds. 18th
2:45pm-3:45pm ( Before the boys basketball game) in the small Aux. Gym
Any 6-8 girls are welcome to come and play
Contact either Coach Ross or Coach Swanson with questions


** Do you like to hang out with friends?  Do you like to play board games and card games?  Well Game Club is the place for you. 

Game Club will meet after school on Weds. from 2:30 - 3:45 in Mr. Gordillo's room.  Don't know very many games?  We will teach you some!  Looking forward to seeing you on Wednesday! (No video games allowed...)

**Aloha Creekside! 

What:  All School Late Nighter 

Who: All 6th, 7th, and 8th graders

When: Jan. 31 from 7-10pm

Where: Creekside Middle School

Why: To enjoy a fun night of activities with your classmates!

This year will be a Hawaiian theme! Activities include inflatables, karaoke, a magic show, cake walk, open gym, games, photo booth, prizes and more. Pizza, drinks, and snack will be provided!

Tickets go on sale January 23rd-31st during your lunch only!! Cost is $10.00 per ticket!

 (Note: If you made $65.00 or more for the ALL school fundraiser this fall, you will get to go for free!!!!)


**Reminder for Lunch Room Procedures:  

- Priority is to get food, sit, and eat.

- Then you can choose to walk around the loop in the building, go to the gym for the designated activities, and/or stay sitting down to socialize.

-Students, please remember that the commons/open area/hallways are not to be used as an alternative to locker storage anytime, or during lunch time. Please bring your items to your lunch tables with you, or store the items in your locker. Everyone has a locker and is expected to use it.  

-Attention all students during lunch it is very important that you take your lunch boxes/bags with you after you are done eating at noon. Please check the back counters in the lunch room for yours if you forget it.   We will only keep them for a short period of time before they are dumped.

**After school Math Lab is now available on Tuesday and Thursdays from 2:30-3:30pm.. Mrs. Hulka is the Math teacher and it will be in her room #604. Students should be prepared to do math homework or study for a math test. Questions email Mrs. Hulka at ahulka@zps.org


** Parents if your students have lost anything please have them check the Lost & Found Items are located in the hallway in front of the Quack Shack. We are getting a lot of clothing items and water bottles  that are being left behind.

**Non-School Lunch Items: Outside food is only allowed in the lunchroom if you are bringing lunch for your student ONLY.

The office conference rooms are no longer available for groups lunches with friends.

**Take note....Creekside opens it's doors to students at 7:05a.m.. After school, students not with a teacher or coach, need to exit the building by 3:00p.m..

** Attendance #748-3310 PLEASE CALL BY 9:00A.M. TO EXCUSE YOUR STUDENT.

**After School Homework Time will be after school Monday thru Thursday from 2:30 - 3:30. National Honor Society High Students are available to offer additional help for our middle school students. 


**Want to keep your house clear of clutter and plastic recycled?

Send any used or unwanted ink or toner cartridges to Creekside to Mrs. Walcott's room.  Staples gives $2 back in rewards for each cartridge brought in for recycling.  Yes, there is a limit and minimum purchase required.

**Paper Gator Recycling:

What?  Please bring in your newspapers, catalogs/magazines/junk mail/phone books/office-school paper.  We cannot take plastic, metal, trash, glass, or cardboard.  

Where?  In the back of Creekside  (Look for “Paper Gator” on the bin)

When? 24-7(drop off anytime)  


What will the paper become?  The paper will be shredded and processed into hydro-seeding mulch, lawn establishment products, lawn repair products, cat litter, dog litter or small animal bedding. Help us become a greener world!!!! Recycle!!!
